Important! New Cable TV Agreement

As of Sept. 1, 2017, the AOAO is entering into a new 3 year agreement with Spectrum (formerly Oceanic Time Warner). Spectrum will be upgrading our bulk service from analog to digital and will now include over 264 channels with a digital cable box and 63 channels on additional TVs without a box. One HD Digital TV box with remote is included with the service.

Installation of the new Door King gate operating system begins Monday 7/24. You should have received emails from the Site Manager with all the pertinent information. Your existing gate codes will not be valid as of that date

We are happy to report that MAUNA LANI RESORT (OPERATION), INC. —owner of the Mauna Lani Golf Courses—implemented a dedicated program to reduce the feral goat population during the month of December.
MLRA Adopts New Policy for "Drones"

On October 4, 2016, the MLRA Board of Directors finalized its policy for the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“UAS” or “Drones”) within MLRA Common Areas. MLRA’s UAS/Drone policy was adopted by the MLRA Board in order to protect the safety and privacy of our members.
