Please join us for the Annual Meeting at the Pool Pavilion at 2pm on Thursday, Feb. 21. The Board meeting packet is below in PDF form. The Owner's Forum is your opportunity to ask the Board questions and offers comments and ideas! There will also be voting for the three vacant Fairways Board of Directors seats. |The Fairways Annual Owners Dinner|

All owners are invited to an island dinner at Tommy Bahamas at 6 p.m.on Thursday, Feb. 21.
Two owner dinners will be sponsored by the Fairways Association for each unit. Additional guests are $78/person. Beverages are not included and are the responsibility of the owner or guest.
To help offset the restaurant administrative fee, taxes and gratuities, a $10/per person charge is required.
Reservation payable to Fairways AOAO for the $10.00 per person fee can be submitted at the office.)
