The pool gazebo project has been granted all its final approvals and we can confirm that construction will start the first week of May.  The timeframe for the work will be 6 weeks, weather permitting.

For the most part, the work will not disrupt life at the Fairways but folks should understand that there will be some construction noise when they break up the existing concrete base of each gazebo. There will be the usual noises of saws and hammers. 

There will be a few times when the pool will be closed. This will be limited as much as possible to the days when equipment is brought into the pool area for demolition and then pouring of the concrete. Even then, the pool will be open all weekends and afternoons after 4.

The gazebo area that is being worked on will be roped off to ensure people using the pool will stay away at a safe distance.

Please make note of the interruption to pool usage and ensure your company and on-island manager is aware that there will be pool use disruption during the month of May.
