For security purposes the Fairways has, in the past, re-keyed the pool gates. This is an expensive process (and rather obsolete) so this year we will be installing card readers for access control. This project is scheduled for the first week of June 2026. Weather permitting.
 
The cards will be much like the cards used for years for the Mauna Lani Beach club access. Each unit will be issued two cards as part of the original project. Replacement cards will cost $50.00

When the installation of the card readers is complete:

• You will be asked to turn in your keys (to Paul, the site manager)
• Upon receipt of keys, you will be issued new pool access cards.
• You will be notified when this process begins and when your old keys will no longer function.

Having received much feedback on the keyed front pedestrian gate, we are installing a manual release button to allow for exit (or you can use your new card!)
